Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the thermal items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn items with original tags attached into a secure mailing bag or box, ensuring the product stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
